The Coddington Guest House lies in the city of Ithaca nestled between Cornell University and Ithaca College campuses, right on the border of the IC campus (you can't get any closer) and less than a mile from the CU campus. From our porch on South Hill, our panoramic view is quite possibly the best around. We overlook ten square miles, with breathtaking views of Cayuga Lake and all of its shorelines and waterfront areas, Cornell campus, and Ithaca.

I had the pleasure of staying here 2012 Cornell Homecoming Weekend...after deciding to go that very week!! With every hotel in the Ithaca area understandably booked, I was very surprised to find availability here so late. But while I was excited, it also made me hesitant about its quality or price. But both were excellent, albeit it was pricier during Homecoming, as are most Ithaca hotels that time of year. It's located right up 96B from the Commons, about half-way to IC, so it's very convenient. In fact, the view of Cornell from my bedroom window was SPECTACULAR!! The hosts were warm and welcoming, they made a delicious breakfast that was included, and the accommodations were superb. It even had wireless, which is not a given for B&B's. So by all means, call here for reservations if you are ever headed up to Cornell. :)
