It features the largest bathroom in the house with a mirrored vanity, six foot antique clawfoot tub and recently added british overhead and hand showers. This is the room the bride would use to get ready for a wedding. The room includes a fireplace, an upholstered settee, cable tv (flat screen with DVD player, telephone, a/c and is quite large. This room does not accept pets.

A southern exposure makes this a bright room. It is the largest bedroom in the house and features a large bath also. The bath includes a six foot clawfoot tub and overhead and hand showers. The room features a flat screen TV, DVD player with cable, telephone, mantle (no fireplace)and a/c. It has views of the garden and mountains from its bay window. The room may accomodate 3 people, $40 charge for additional guest upon check-in. This room does not accept pets.

The coziest and quietest room in the house. It is separated by a stairway, closet and is in a corner location with minimal views of the back yard. It is decorated with Chinese style. It has a stand up shower, a flat screened TV with DVD player, cable, telephone and a/c. Accesses the main part of the house at the top of the stairs. This room does not accept pets.

This room is decorated in reds and taupes in a wainscoted room. It looks over the upstairs porch with access to both the house and the upstairs porch. The room contains two large comfortable chairs, a flat screened TV with DVD player, cable, telephone and is very comfortable and quiet. Individual heat and a/c controls. This room does not accept pets.

This room is accessed privately from the second floor porch. It is done in rich tones of purple, gold and jewel tones. It features two comfortable chairs and queen sized bed. The bath contains an antique tub with overhead and hand showers. It views the garden and catskill mountains. There is also a telephone, flat screened TV with DVD player and a/c. The room may accommodate 3 people, $40 charge for additional guest upon check-in. This room accepts pets if they are 40 lbs or less for an additional $25 - pets must be crated in guests absence.

This room is privately accessed from the second floor porch and is just off the second story gazebo which features new all season wicker furniture in season. The room has a cast iron and brass bed, a fainting couch and period wallpapers along with a flat screened TV with DVD player and telephone. The bathroom features an antique tub with new overhead and hand shower. This room accepts pets if they are 40 lbs or less for an additional $25 - pets must be crated in owners absence.

This room is situated off the first floor porch and gazebo with private entrance. It features a brass bed, two comfortable wingback chairs and fireplace (in season). The room has a flat screened TV with DVD player, telephone, a/c and its bathroom features a marble jetted tub for two, overhead shower and nickel silver custom sink. It looks out on the garden and Catskill mountains and is closest to the parking lot with private entrance. This room does not accept pets.

This room is custom decorated in Red and White with a fireplace. It features a private access from the porch, closest to the entrance. The room looks over the cutting garden and has a telephone, Flat screened TV with DVD player and a/c. The bath features a marble shower but no tub. This room does not accept pets.
