Whether it is for your own personal getaway, to hold your next business retreat/meeting, or to plan your most special event, we are the prime location to help you make it the most memorable experience you can have.
Serenity is located on 50 private and secluded acres in beautiful Chenango County in upstate New York. The private 8000 sq ft Inn has seven relaxing single rooms on the first floor with six double rooms on the second floor. Sleeps up to 40! The newest gem of Serenity will be our new third floor…opening in late May 2007, which will have two King suites!
The rest of the property is yours for the exploring! As a back yard Natural Wildlife Refuge, we encourage all guests to enjoy what this prime location has to offer for natural beauty and enjoyment. Our 20 x 40’ heated pool is open seasonally and offers spectacular views of the surrounding hills and our fully stocked pond. If swimming is not your forte, then why not enjoy the jacuzzi?

Route 80 to route 380 to route 81
Directions from 81. Take exit 6 Nimmonsburg Rte 12 & Rte 11. At the end
of the ramp make a right and head North. You will end up on Rte 12 North.
You will pass through Kattelville, Chenango Forks and then into Greene. In
Greene you will come to the intersection of 206 & 12 (Sunoco station on
corner) Continue on 12 but about 5 miles after the intersection you will
come to King Road on your left. Make the left. King Road will fork, stay
to your left that will keep you on King. Your 1st right after the fork will
be Pollard Road. Make the right. Pollard will go up and make a definitive
left and then come to a fork. Stay to your left that will keep you on
Pollard. Take to almost the end and the place will be on your right #386.
If you make it to the end of Pollard you went too far. - Nearest major airport: Binghamton, NY (BGM-Edwin A. Link Field) 20 miles

found Serenity Farms in 1995. What originally was meant to be a summer home and weekend getaway, became peace of mind. After living in metropolitan New York his whole life, he found this place to be more than just home but also a calling. Serenity and the dream of sharing this "Higher Ground" is now a reality. I am also a tarot card reader, reiki master, AKC lab dog breeder
