Silent Farm is a 85 acre working horse farm set away on a back country road where you can find peace and quiet, but only 1 1/2 miles off a major highway.Whether you are spending a romantic weekend or just a quiet evening you will enjoy your stay. Relax on one of the decks while watching the horses graze in the near by fields. Directions to property:
Take Exit 16 off of the New York Thruway onto Rt 17 (Future 86) Follow to exit 124 Goshen. At end of ramp turn left at light. At next light turn right onto Route 207. Follow to second light and turn left onto Scotchtown Road. Follow 1 1/4 miles to Axworthy Lane which will be on your left. There will be a SILENT FARM sign on the corner. Turn left and follow around bend to your right and we will be on your left. There is a sign outside the wall by the driveway.

Directions from airport:
Turn right at light when you exit the airport onto Rt 207. Follow 207 about 12 miles until you get to your first light. Turn right onto Scotchtown Avenue. Follow 1 and 1/2 miles to you see a Silent Farm sign on your left and then you turn left. Follow around bend to your right and we will be on your left.

We have a one bedroom suite in the main house with 2 full baths, livingroom, bedroom, and kitchen with a seperate entrance and private patio. We also have a cottage with a livingroom, bedroom, kitchen and bath with a covered porch overlooking the fields with horses grazing. There are 2 three bedroom guest houses available for short or long term stays as well as summere rentals.

Deposit amount required (Payment in full at time of reservation for one night; fifty percent for stays longer than one night.)

Cancellations:
Confirmed reservation with check. One week cancellation policy for standard booking minus $20.00 service fee. Two week cancellation for holidays.
