The Highlands Inn Bed & Breakfast is one of the finest award winning turn of the century Painted Lady Victorians in the “forever wild” Catskill Mountains. Within 2-1/2 hours of the New York City metropolitan area, the Inn is conveniently located for all your year round activities. Belleayre Mountain, Catskills Winter Snow Park, is a mere 2 miles away.
Although the Inn was built in 1904, it will immediately gain your love with its warm atmosphere, tasteful décor, priceless chestnut woodwork, fine carpentry and its shear size. Turned into an Inn over 50 years ago, The Highlands Inn sets the standard for historical Inns in the area.

If cancellation is made prior to 2 weeks of your scheduled arrival date a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee will be issued.
Cancellations made in less then 2 weeks of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of total deposit, unless the room(s) can be re-rented at which time a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee will be issued.
Cancellation of parties of four rooms or more require a 30 day notice to receive a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee.
Less than 30 days of schedule arrival date will result in forfeiture of total deposit, unless the rooms can be re-rented at which time a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee will be issued.
All refunds are issued in the form in which they were received.
