Reservation Policy

  Check in: 1:00pm    Check out: 11:00am

  Minimum stay: 2 Night minimum weekends, 3 nights weekends June-Sept, Holidays 3-4 nights.

• 

  Deposit amount required: Deposit of 50% of stay, minimum 1st night required. Deposits/payments by check must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

• 

  Cancellations: On cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded less a service charge equal to 10% of the room charges (minimum $100). On cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date the deposit will be refunded less the service charge if we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be responsible for the full reservation unless we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Rather than forfeit the service charge on a refundable deposit you may choose to apply the full amount of the deposit to a future reservation within the same year. (100% occupancy must be achieved in order to be eligible for a refund.)
