On cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded less a service charge equal to 10% of the room charges(minimum $100). On cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date the deposit will be refunded less the service charge if we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be responsible for the full reservation unless we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Rather than forfeit the service charge on a refundable deposit you may choose to apply the full amount of the deposit to a future reservation within the same year.
