Family and gathering room, Large stone fireplace to warm you after skiing and winter walks. Tv and vcr for movies, board and card games. Plenty of books and magazines for a night of sitting by the fire. Summer, room is cool for relaxing, after a hot day. Room and house has many things that have been collected over the 35years of marriage. Great room for those great stories the owners have.

Located in the Colden Hills the Pipe Creek farm is on 200 acres. In the winter, we have special packages and rates! There is snow skiing 8 miles @ Kissing Bridge, and 25 miles in Ellicotville @ Holiday Valley and Holimont. Summer is very busy with weddings and reunions, so book early please for special dates. We have a large inground swimming pool. The house is air conditioned. Great eating establishments within 4 miles of our door, also food deliveries are available! Guest have a refrigerator for their needs. Early coffee,tea and sweet breads. Tv in all rooms,vcr,movies,board games,card games. Our home is your home away from home. Be comfortable and have fun.

What a hidden gem! This was our first stay and we hope to return again soon. My husband, I and our two children came to the area to visit family. We definitely felt like the Crones were part of our family by the end of our 5 night stay! Kathy is one in a million! She welcomed us into their home and she was such a great hostess. We enjoyed waking up to the fresh coffee, pastries, fruit & watching the visiting deer just outside the window. The kids especially enjoyed the pool! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat then look no further! The Stone Family, South Carolina.

The quiet setting and comforts of home made our stay exceptional. This is a pet friendly establishment with a handful of dogs and cats made our stay that much more enjoyable. This was a very comfortable place to stay, with a pool and a nice family room to gather and talk. Having two TVs helped when people wanted to watch different shows. Only downside is the location far (not within walking distance) from the town center, but it's easy to get to.

Honestly felt to have landed at the Horse Whisperer Ranch, as the Crones opened their house and heart to my son and I for an extended stay. It is a place of healing, comfort and fun. Great place and people! Susan from Zürich Switzerland

Phil & Kathy Crone have been married for 38years (happily)We have two adult sons and five grandchildren. They both snow and water ski, ride horses and snowmobile. Phil is a fantastic woodworker and Kathy is just fantastic!!! We both are very involved in our parish, we are the garden club!! We both enjoy landscaping and gardening. We just like to be together and we enjoy being with our guest, we have many stories to tell!!! Kathy now belongs to the Red Hat Society, so ask about it!

Very quiet and restful place. The owners are warm and friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. We were in NY for very stressful reason. The down time at Pipe Creek helped our stress levels.
