In addition to our three private guest rooms (all with ensuite baths and whirlpool tubs) we offer: 2nd floor tasting area with complimentary samplings of the B&B's very own vintages; private guest patio & grounds; gym/billiard room; 3-4 course gourmet breakfasts (with Italian flare) served daily - often al fresco overlooking cabernet franc plants or serene wooded area......Whether you come for a romantic getaway, to tour wineries and enjoy bountiful harvests, relax on the hammocks, rejuvenate, or sip some Port under the stars, at The Vintage you will receive warm personal attention, privacy when you want to be alone, and endless possiblities!

From points west: I-495 to exit 73 (Riverhead). Merge onto Old Country Rd. (Rte. 58, which becomes Rte. 25E). Continue along Rte 25E to Cutchogue. Between Bedell Cellars Winery and Pindar Winery, turn right on Skunk Lane (16 miles from I-495) - the "Down Home Store" is on the corner. We are the 7th house on the right, set back 250' from street - look for our B&B sign at beginning of driveway.
From New London/Orient Point Ferry: Rte 25 West, between Bedell Cellars Winery & Pindar Winery turn left on Skunk Lane (see above).

Our Sunday morning tradition....Fresh local eggs gently poached in a sweet roasted red pepper and balsamic tomato sauce served over grilled Italian/Tuscan bread with cilantro, locatelli cheese and Italian breakfast sausage. Belissimo!
Policies
- Minimum stay required (2 nights in season / 3 nights holiday weekends)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (outside, please)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (boarding nearby)
- Limitations on children staying
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary wine is available to guests)
- Deposit amount required (All stays reserved by 50% deposit at time of reservation (full amount for single night stays). Weddings/private parties reserving all 3 rooms require full payment in advance.)
- Check in time is 4-6PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
Cancellations will receive a credit toward a future stay minus $25 processing fee. No refund on early departures. As we have just 3 guest rooms, a 50% non-refundable deposit appplies to weddding parites and/or all individuals reserving multiple guest rooms, with 30 day cancellation notice or balance due will be charged. Same applies to ALL holiday weekend reservations. "Short notice cancellations" (made within only 72 hours notice of stay) will be charged full rates.
