Andrew’s Legacy is a fourth generation family home situated within walking distance of six wineries. Located 2 houses west of Bedell Cellars, the bed and breakfast features antiques and family heirlooms in a sophisticated yet comfortable country setting. Guests are treated to a formal Victorian breakfast consisting of homemade jams, jellies and marmalades, fresh eggs from the backyard chickens, homemade bread and other country specialties, served from 19th century silver plate in golden oak surroundings. Handmade quilts and vintage linens on thick down topped feather beds are found in any one of the three romantic country bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay -- walking distance to wineries, very friendly hosts, and delicious breakfasts. Highly recommend.

My wife & I & two other couples just returned from a three day wkend. in LI. wine country. We all agree that the centerpiece of our visit was Andrews Legacy. Liz & her son Mark were perfect hosts. From the smell of coffee & muffins in the morning, gourmet breakfast and brownies after a day of wine tasting this was a very comfortable place for us to relax & talk till the early hours in the morning. One night we had the real pleasure of Liz's company for a glass of wine & conversation. We've been there twice before & will be back.

It was like stepping back in time. The owners were wonderful and supplied us with the local gossip and stories about the North Fork going back to the 1900's. I loved it, a definite stress buster.
