Alexander Hamilton House is a romantic Victorian Inn with river views in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, the gateway to the Hudson River Valley. It is close to Tarrytown, White Plains, Kykuit, Sunnyside, Lyndhurst, Boscobel, IBM and West Point -- and only one hour from New York City. We are conveniently located only 2 blocks from the village center. All rooms have wireless internet access, plus we have a public computer with printer.

Cancellations made less than 7 days ahead forfeits one night cost in each room reserved. Cancellations must be made with a live correspondant from the inn. Cancellations left over voice mail or through messages are not acceptable methods of canceling your reservation. Guests who neither appear or cancel their reservation forfeit the cost for the entire reserved stay. Reservations made 3 months in advance or more, or for 3 rooms or more require a one night non-refundable deposit for each room reserved.

This was my first stay at a bed and breakfast so I have nothing to compare it to. Saying that, Tom, the innkeeper has made it so Ill have to stay at many more. The food was wonderful, you wanted for nothing, rooms were immaculate, such a beautiful location right by the river...I could go on and on. We had a wonderful time and I hope to visit there again!

Lovely house and delicious breakfasts - we were made very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We were also able to walk to a delicious dinner nearby.

Tom is a very gracious host! We truly enjoyed our stays here! We have been here several time, and each time has been a joy. The breakfasts are outstanding, and Tom makes you feel right at home.

Asst innkeeper Brenda was a delight! She did everything possible to make our brief stay extra special. We felt very much at home in this beautiful and well-appointed inn. We brought our puppy who also seemed to be very comfortable there.
