Heath Hill Bed & Breakfast is located in the Colden Valley, 20 miles southeast of Buffalo NY. We are 5 minutes from Kissing Bridge Ski Resort. We feature a secluded single suite with private entrance, sleeping four max. The suite, with CENTRAL AIR, and FREE WI-FI; consists of a large furnished living area with 47"HDTV, DVD, Time Warner Cable, and about 100 DVD's. Also, a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, master bedroom with a new queen bed, and full bath. Enjoy a continental breakfast en suite on weekdays and gourmet breakfast in our dining room on weekends. Nearby are Kissing Bridge Ski Area, Buffalo Ski Club, Concord Crest Golf Course, Holland Hills Golf Course, the Gow School, and Holland Int'l Speedway.

Great place -- lots of private living space. Some initial problem with hot tub, but friendly staff got it working in the end. Excellent breakfast -- beautifully set. In addition, the hosts offered a stock of snacks and "necessities" such as a corkscrew and ice cream scoop!

An amazing experience and enjoyable weekend. Terrific location for skiiers and nothing better to come back and slip into the hot tub. Hosts were warm and friendly. We would highly recommend this B&B to friends and family.

My son and I enjoyed the weekend at the Heath Hill B & B. The Butler's are very nice people and have a beautiful home that they opened up to us. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent two day visit to Heath Hill B&B. The accommodations are private, cosy and well equipped. The meals provided were delicious, well balanced and a great start before a days skiing at nearby Kissing Bridge. The outdoor hot tub a perfect finisher.

We stayed at the B&B in mid December. We were amazed how nice the suite was, included everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was awesome, with the snow all around us, a beautiful full moon above, and the majestic pine trees, very romantic! We didn't get a chance to meet Mike, but Lona was very pleasant, friendly, and accomadating. The breakfast was out of this world! We will definitely be back! This place is a must stay!

We had a wonderful stay in our suite and were made very welcome. The hot tub and robes are a great touch, and having our own kitchen and sitting room was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. We'll be back.

We were extremely pleased with Heath Hill bed and breakfast. The area is really lovely and we were able to take in lots of skiing and snowshoeing because everything was so close! At night after skiing, we relaxed in the hot tub and it was great. The hosts, Mike and Lona, were very accomodating and made us feel right at home. Definitely a perfect pick!
