The serenity of a by-gone era is yours in our lovingly restored 1870 Folk Victorian home conveniently located between Seneca and Canandaigua Lakes in the quaint, historic village of Clifton Springs. Our guests enjoy easy proximity to the many attractions in the Finger Lakes including:Wineries, Hill Cumorah, Women's Hall of Fame, Hobart College and the Spa at the Springs. Take a self guided walking tour of our lovely village and parks. Families love our Garden Room with two beds. Or perhaps you are ready for a cozy romantic retreat by the fireplace in our peaceful Friendship Room with a fantastic King size bed and ensuite bath. Relax in comfort with your tea on our spacious front porch. A leisurely country breakfast includes Belgian waffles with homemade jam, if desired. Specializing in "Slumber Dress-up Teas" for birthdays and special occasions.

From East: Take Thruway(Rt.90) to Geneva exit 42, turn right onto Route 14 briefly and make immediate right turn onto Rt. 96. Clifton Springs is about 8 miles. Turn left at Big M Plaza light onto Kendall and go 2 blocks, turn left onto Hibbard Ave. Go 2 blocks then we are #20, the third house on the left after the church. From West: Take Thruway(Rt.90) to Manchester exit 43, and exit right onto Rt. 21 and immediately turn left at light onto Rt.96. Go 5 miles to Clifton Springs and turn roght at the Big M plaza then proceed as stated above. From South or North: Routes 14 or 88 or 21 all intersect Route 96 which leads to Clifton Springs. - Nearest major airport: Rochester, NY (ROC-Greater Rochester Intl.) 35 miles

Exit the Rochester airport onto Route 390 south and follow the NYS Thruway(Rt.90) signs. Get on the Thruway at exit 45 and proceed eastbound towards Albany and Syracuse. Follow the above directions from the West.

- Deposit amount required (A $50 deposit is requested at the time of booking. A check or money order is great. We can also take a Visa or Mastercard to hold your room.)
- Check in time is 3:00-6:00 PM and Check out time is 11;00 AM
- Cancellations:
Life brings surprises and if you are unable to come, please call as soon as possible. We will return your deposit. In the busy season, May-October, we ask for a three day notice in order to return your deposit. Thank you.

Rachel is a former school psychologist who loves listening to her guests' unique life stories. Playing with Noah and Lucia, grandchildren, is a favorite pastime. John is an OT who likes playing cards, games and running with family. His goal is a marathon. Emily and Siri,our daughters from Thailand enjoy our guests. - The innkeepers speak: English
