In 1803 Asa Ransom built a grist mill on the property, the first in Erie County. The original Inn structure dates back to 1853. Dining rooms were added in 1975 with careful concern to keep the charm of the 19th century. Each room has been created with its own distinctive character. All have private bath, radio & hidden TV, telephone, Wi-Fi & AC. Nine of our ten rooms have working fireplaces, and rooms 5 - 9 have a porch or balcony. Pets are limited to roomsd 5 & 8. Dinner is available, including many local farm products. Afternoon Tea served Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

From Airport - East (left) on Rte. 33 (Genesee St.) to Ransom Rd. (aprox. 8 miles) Turn left on Ransom, go to end, turn left and Asa Ransom is 1/2 way up the hill on left.
Amtrak - will pick up from Depew station. Must call ahead.
