Our 22 acre country estate, the perfect getaway for both the vacationer and business traveler, was once the site of the St. Lawrence University equestrian facility. 2 spacious guestrooms in our 1996 Cape Cod home and 2 guest cottages with kitchens overlooking an acre pond await. All with private baths, cable TV, ceiling fans, phones, AC,FREE HI-SPEED INTERNET and individual controlled heating. We offer a SMOKE-FREE enviornment. Awake to aroma of a full country breakfast cooking. Take a stroll on the groomed walking path surrounding the property. We are conveniently located within 10 minutes of St. Lawrence and Clarkson Universities, SUNY Canton and Potsdam and within 2 hours of Alexandria Bay, St. Lawrence Seaway, Ottawa, and Lake Placid. As you approach the village of Canton at the first light turn left on to State Highway 68 toward Colton. We are 4.2 miles from this intersection.
