Truly one of our best B&B experiences. It was a very cold "blizzardy" night but the warmth of this beautiful Inn made the weather a non-issue. The hosts have done an incredible job of keeping the historic charm of this +200 year-old home intact. It is very clean, wonderfully appointed, and there is not a single need that was not attended to. You will not believe the bathrooms! As if all of that wasn't enough - the breakfast was amazing. There aren't enough accolades to fully express how much we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!! Michael & Ginny

A last minute decision to spend the weekend in Canandiagua, lead us to the Red Door Inn B&B. We stayed in the Carson Suite. Absolutely lovely! The Innkeepers, Kathryn and Kevin are so nice and welcoming! We arrived to a fire burning in the fireplace on a crisp fall day. We even met their grandchildren! Fresh fruit, Eggs Benedict, toast, coffee and juice for breakfast. We highly recommend the Red Door Inn B&B. Thank you Kathryn and Kevin! Truly a lovely stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Kathryn and Kevin were excellent hosts, made us feel at home. Our room was very clean and well decorated as was the rest of the house. Breakfast each morning was very good and we had nice conversation with the other guests and our hosts. We were given very good advice on what to see in the area and would recommend the Red Door Inn to everyone. Hope to go back there soon.

The owners, Kathy and Kevin, are very warm and friendly. I was concerned that they might be a bit stuffy (this is our first B&B experience), but I was wrong. Very down to earth and welcoming. The room (Carson) was exceptional. Huge bed. Room had its own heating / cooling. Perfect for an early fall getaway. Breakfast was served promptly at 9a.m. Fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes (day 1) and omelet (day 2) cooked to order by Kevin. Kathy kept the conversation and coffee flowing. I would recommend this Inn!

I was a bit nervous about staying at a B&B, but amazingly the experience was something that I am so glad I didn't miss out on! Kevin & Kathryn were extremely gracious hosts. From restaurant and outing suggestions to chating and having a glass of wine, you can just tell that they love giving you a wonderful B&B experience. Breakfast was delicious and even though we stayed in the smallest room in the house, it was more then adequate and quaint for us. We loved it, and hope to return again!

We enjoyed our stay so much it was difficult getting up from the breakfast table to start our day! Food was great and owners were warm, helpful and fun. Great location on Main Street, nicely decorated with beautiful antiques and always coffee and tea in upstairs hallway. Would definately go back.

Great B&B. I imagine it's the nicest place in Canadaigua

We stayed at this lovely and historic (1801) inn for two nights over the weekend of August 2 and had a very nice time. The owners welcomed us on Friday afternoon with a glass of wine and gave us a number of recommendations for dinner. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The private bathroom was roomy and had a great shower. I had a problem operating the AC unit on Saturday morning, but it was looked into immediately and the room was perfect when we arrived back in the afternoon. Breakfast both mornings was delicious, and we enjoyed extended conversation with the owners and other guests. We felt very much at home. The town of Canandaigua is lovely and has many activities and restaurants. It's in the center of the Finger Lakes wine country, so many of the activities and food revolve around the local fare. We would highly recommend the Red Door B&B.
