The house was conveniently located just north of the town center. There were several places to dine within walking distance. The rooms had the charm of a B+B, with a very modern and spacious bathroom. Certainly a candidate for a return stay.

We stayed in the Field Room (~350 sq. feet), great bathroom esp. the jacuzzi (a welcomed treat after a day of touring the nearby winearies). Good location, 2 miles from Canandaigua Lake and about 30-35mins to nearby Seneca Falls / Senaca Lake. Kathryn and Kevin are fantastic, helpful and lovely. Kevin makes a really mean breakfast!!! I would def recommend. The Carson room is really cute too - would be great for couple looking for honeymoon suite.

Kevin and Kathryn were amazing hosts. Friendly and down to earth! I highly recommend staying at their B&B.

Rooms are really pretty. Bathrooms are unbelievable. prices are ok not the bet. Owners are very friendly and breakfast was Delish! One of te nicer b&b's in the area.

We only stayed for one night, but the accomodations were lovely and the hospitality was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, the danish was amazing. It was the perfect little get away.
