Bella Rose Bed & Breakfast
Built in 1895, this historic Victorian B&B has been totally restored to its original glory by its current owners. Original stained glass windows, an ornate oak staircase and paneled chimney are just some of special features in this Finger Lakes B&B. Three guest rooms, all with private baths, are thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with Victorian touches, but have all the modern amenities guests want and need such as air jetted tubs, fireplaces, central a/c, cable HDTV, DVD/CD. Located in the historic district, shops, attractions, restaurants, and Canandaigua Lake are a short walk away. A delicious, hot breakfast is served daily.

Easy expressway travel via interstate 390S or 490E to NYS Thruway (Rt. 90). At either entry point to Thruway, travel east to Exit 44 - Canandaigua. At exit, the highway goes in just one direction, south on Rt. 332, and in less than 7 miles drive, becomes North Main Street in the city of Canandaigua. We are the second house on the right after the turn for Perry Place. If you find yourself in the heart of the downtown shopping area, you've gone too far. - Nearest major airport: Rochester, NY (ROC-Greater Rochester Intl.) 30 miles

Policies
- Minimum stay required (Weekends May 1 - October 31 require two-night minimum stay)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Accommodations are not suitable for children
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Soft drinks, water, juices available in guest fridge)
- Deposit amount required (A deposit equivalent to one night's stay per room is required at the time reservation is made using a major credit card.)
- Check in time is 3-6 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m.
- Cancellations:
You are responsible for the room(s) you have reserved. If unforeseen circumstances cause you to cancel or change your reservation FEWER than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, AND we can rebook or reschedule the room(s), you will only be charged a $25 fee per room and the reminder will be refunded to you.
