Built in 1895, this historic Victorian B&B has been totally restored to its original glory by its current owners. Original stained glass windows, an ornate oak staircase and paneled chimney are just some of special features in this Finger Lakes B&B. Three guest rooms, all with private baths, are thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with Victorian touches, but have all the modern amenities guests want and need such as air jetted tubs, fireplaces, central a/c, cable HDTV, DVD/CD. Located in the historic district, shops, attractions, restaurants, and Canandaigua Lake are a short walk away. A scrumptious three-course breakfast is served daily.
A beautiful two-room suite designed for romance and relaxation for that special occasion or much needed getaway. The raised queen bed is pillow-topped and cushioned for royalty. The large sitting room includes a double air-jetted tub framed in warm mahogany, a “must have” for bubble bath lovers. The bath for two faces a period appropriate gas coal fireplace with remote control that fills the room with warmth. After grabbing a warm towel and fluffy robe, cuddle up in the cozy loveseat to watch your favorite movie. This room also has a private balcony overlooking a park-like setting.
A delightfully bright and cheerful room that catches both the morning and late afternoon sunshine. Abundant natural light streams in through its oversize double-hung windows when the cordless shades are lifted. Decorated in turquoise, white and yellows, this room is full of timeless beauty and charm. The plush queen bed faces a HDTV with DVD player to stretch out and watch a movie. Or enjoy a glass of wine in the rocking or swivel chair, each positioned around a remote-controlled warming stove. The inviting heated ensuite bath includes a tile surrounded air-jetted tub and shower combo.
A cozy room perfect for the busy, economically-minded guest, tastefully decorated in greens and tans for rest and natural serenity. Guests boast of having the best night sleep in this comfy queen bed. Digital HDTV with DVD makes enjoying a movie from our library a great way to end a day on the town. Two oversize windows face north and offer cool breezes at night. The ensuite and brightly lit bath includes a shower and vanity with plenty of storage. For the guest on the go, you’ll start each day fresh, rested, and ready to take on everything the Finger Lakes Region has to offer.

We have stayed at many bed and breakfasts across the USA and were so glad we found this one. Outstanding service, cleanliness and hospitality. It was by far the best breakfasts!!! Chris and Renee were so welcoming and cordial and helped us with travels to the wine trail and to local attractions and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely time in lovely Canandaigua.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The home was restored beautifully and is maintained meticulously. Both the public sitting rooms and our room were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We stayed in the Ann Eliza Suite, which has a separate sitting area and private balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time here. The hosts were extremely knowledgeable and fun to talk to. The gourmet breakfasts were creative and delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. The home is beautiful!! Wish we lived closer. We are usually the kind of people to say, "Been there, done that. Let's try some place new." However, we will most definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

The Bella Rose B&B offers exceptional quality service and hospitality. Renee and Chris are wonderful hosts and provided a wonderful experience. Their attention to detail is like no other and should be the standard for all other B&b's.

We so enjoyed our overnight at Bella Rose. Other house was very clean, comfortable, and charming. The hosts, Chris and Renee, were kind and helpful. We really liked spending time on the lovely porch. And the breakfast was delicious and hearty! We hope to return to the Bella Rose again.

What a pleasure! A B&B in a lovingly restored Victorian with beautiful oak panelling, heavy carpets, high ceilings, and hundreds of tiny details to please the eye. My room was spacious and quiet, the bed comfortable, and every space used to advantage. Breakfast, served by the attentive hosts, was spectacular--fresh baked cinnamon donuts, fresh fruit, and something called a "oat loaf" with rhubarb sauce and fresh strawberries. Didn't eat again until a late dinner. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and congenial from my arrival to the hug goodbye. I highly recommend Bela Rose B&B to someone visiting the Canandaigua area.
