We did an overnight ski and stay at the 1795 Acorn Inn and it was a wonderful experience. We found our room to be clean, comfy and restful, and hitting the outdoor hot tub after a day on the slopes at nearby Bristol Mountain was just right for some tired knees, followed by a delicious breakfast next morning. Sheryl the Inn keeper really does have all the details down just right for making a perfect stay at her B&B. It just doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Sheryl!

Just spent the weekend up at the Acorn Inn! Our stay was absolutely fabulous. Sheryl's warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail was amazing! The inn is absolutely adorable. Breakfast was to die for. If you're heading to the Finger Lakes area make sure to stay at the Acorn Inn!

It's a small B&B with large amenities ... the innkeeper, Sheryl, sure knows how to pay attention to detail for luxury. She doesn't miss a trick - even in the small room, there's a built-in night light, a shoe shine kit, a fire place and it goes on and on. Sheryl goes out of her way to make sure your needs are fulfilled from the moment you walk in to the hugs when you leave. Really lovely experience!

We loved our stay at 1795 Acorn Inn. We were vacationing with friends from New Zealand who had never stayed at a B & B before. Our host, Sheryl, was so friendly and made us feel right at home. Sheryl is a fabulous host, paying attention to every little detail and going above and beyond expectations to ensure we had a wonderful visit. The breakfast's were some of the I've had. This location is close enough to the wine trails and the state parks. Darlene Ruck & Tony Ansems

My husband & I just checked out today and we can't say enough about the beautiful inn and the phenomenal knowledgable innkeeper, Sheryl. She anticipated anything a guest could want. The inn itself is absolutely beautiful and relaxing in the garden with the hot tub after a day visiting the wineries and shopping was divine. When we left today, I couldn't help but be a little depressed knowing my breakfast tomorrow will not rival Sheryl's. My husband and I are frequent guests to B&B's and we highly recommend this inn.

Having traveled extensively to the region for the last four years as my kids have moved back and forth for college, we've stayed at many hotels and BnB's in the region. The Acorn Inn is by far the best - Sheryl is a remarkable host, gracious, warm and inviting - she goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are well-cared for, down to the smallest details. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the overall home is absolutely charming and downright cozy, the ideal place to relax after a long day of wine tasting (or moving your kids in and out of HWS!). A must-stay for anyone in the area.

We just returned from a 3 night stay at the 1795 Acorn Inn. We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate our anniversary. The inn is beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. Sheryl took very good care of us. Our breakfasts were a treat for the eyes as well as the stomach! As an added bonus our fellow guests were charming and friendly. A totally wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Sheryl was very hospitable and provided a wonderful weekend for us. We normally have trouble sleeping in other beds, but this one was just right. The jacuzzi was very relaxing and her cooking was outstanding. I would recommend this B&B to others.

My husband and I came to the Acorn Inn after a 6 day conference. It was the perfect place to relax and be pampered. We stayed in the large and lovely barn suite with its own private garden. Sheryl has anticipated every possible need and fulfills it with style. The food was delicious and plentiful. I would highly recommend the Acorn Inn.

This is the only Bed and Brekfast I have visited. We live 40 minutes away. My Wife and I have used this as a once a year (for two years running) retreat to get away from the business of life and family. We just find it very relaxing. My wife has been there two other times for girls get-away weekends and has just booked another outing for the girls. Sheryl is a wonderful host who has thought of everything.

We have stayed at five star hotels, top rated inns and b&bs around the world. We do not recall any that so well anticipated every need of the guests. Every posible need from the box of tissues on both bedside tables to the little bedside flashlight. All the rooms, public and guest were beautifully decorated with comfortable, inviting furniture. The breakfast served each morning was far above the ordinary. They were not only delicious but exquistly presented as well. Sheryl Mordini is indeed an extraordinary innkeeper.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, making it our home base as we toured the wineries of the Finger Lake region. The innkeeper has thought of everything as our room abounded with nice touches including; thick terry robes, toiletries, and a binder full of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Our room (The Wilder) was comfortable and romantic. Breakfast was delicious both mornings, and conversations with our fellow guests were lively and engaging. This was our 2nd stay at a Bed & Breakfast, and my husband is now hooked on the experience.
