Our family of four had a wonderful overnight stay at this beautiful inn in the Berkshires. We stayed in the beautiful two story Pines Suite. The kids shared a pull out bed on the first floor while we had our privacy upstairs in the king size bed. Everything was clean as can be. The innkeeper is delightful, and left no stone unturned to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She prepared the most delicious breakfast in the morning. We loved our stay here, and the inn was only about 20 minutes away from Jiminy Peak where we skied the next day.

This is a very charming and unexpectedly delightful Inn in the middle of the Chatham area. There was no amenity that was not provided and I would definitely return.

Deposit Amount Required: One night's reservations will be paid in advance. Reservations of two or more nights require a 50% deposit. Deposits will be credited to the last nights of the reservation. Reservations of seven or more nights will be paid in full one month prior to the visit.

Cancellations: Fifteen days advance notice of cancellation is required. If less than fifteen days notice is provided, deposit will be refunded only if the room is re-sold for the total reserved nights. If the room is not re-sold, you will be responsible for the entire length of your stay. Early departures and changes in arrival dates are considered cancellations. Due to the size of the inn, cancellations affect us greatly; therefore we cannot make exceptions, (illness, weather, accidents, etc.). All returned deposits are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per room.

From Albany Airport - exit airport by turning left. Follow signs to 87 South (right before underpass just after the Desmond Hotel), to 90 East towards Albany/Boston. Take 90 East until it ends,(which is just past exit 12). Pick up ticket at toll, and continue East towards Boston for about 9 miles to exit B-2 (Taconic Parkway). Immediately after the toll, take your first right turn. Follow signs to Rte 295. Turn left on 295 East for 4.5 miles. The Inn is on left, with a long white fence with white lights.
