In the heart of Brooklyn, our newly renovated 1870’s brownstone offers three guest rooms and a continental breakfast. The rooms feature original detail, lots of light, and comfortable furnishings. The multi-cultural neighborhood offers unique shopping and inexpensive dining, and is close to many Brooklyn institutions. Just one block away at Franklin St. Station catch the C or S trains for a quick trip to Manhattan or other Brooklyn destinations. All rooms have 10 foot ceilings, a closet, cable TV, AC, and an internet connection. Bathroom is shared. There is a computer station in the common area, and limited business services are available.
Franklin Room: Grande Queen bed in a very large, beautiful room. Also has an original faux marble mantel and a westward view of the street and sky. All of the rooms have AC, cable TV, wired internet, closets, and high ceilings.
Bedford Room: Budget Full size bed with an eastward view of the courtyard. All of the rooms have AC, cable TV, wired internet, closets, and high ceilings.
Hancock Room: Solo Twin bed with a West view of the street and sky. All of the rooms have AC, cable TV, wired internet, closets, and high ceilings.
Fulton Room: Private This room is on the 1st floor downstairs from the rest of the B&B, with its own bathroom and food service, although guests are welcome to use the kitchenette and library upstairs. The room has super high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a gigantic mirror, detailed in true Victorian fashion. As all of our rooms it also has TV, internet and A/C.

My boyfriend and I spend a few days here over the weekend. Not only was it a good location - lots of cool shops and restaurants around and close to transit - but the B&B is such a nice, cozy place to stay. The owners are very helpful and friendly, and the price is right. I highly recommend it.

Awesome -- Paul & Nancy very helpful and welcoming. Felt just like home or a dorm room -- slept in a twin bed.

We were in Brooklyn over this past weekend for a friend's wedding, and we're so glad that there was a room here. The rooms are super clean, and the inn is about a block away from the Blue Line so our trips into Manhattan were no problem. There's computer access, organic food and coffee (or tea) in the mornings, and organic soap in the bathroom. Our questions about shopping and parking were nicely answered by Nancye, and she was very accomodating.
