We stayed at Bibi's garden from 9/11 til 9/18/13. The chambers on third flour are clean and all facilities are provided. There was also a separate kitchen and living-room for the guests. Mother and daughter are very friendly and hospitable. There was every morning a very diverse breakfast. A noiseless extration fan from the Neigbor Restaurant would be a stay more enjoyable. But nevertheless we will coming back by our next visit to NY ! Greatings Lieve & Erik

I stayed in this B&B for 7 nights from Sept 24 to Oct 1. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is a very beautiful Victorian House with a nice garden. The owner is very friendly. She spends tons of effort to restore the House to what it looked like back in the Victorian era. My room is spacious, it has two large windows which draw a lot of sunlight. It also has a big corset. It is just like home where you have no problem with storage issue. Breakfast is available everyday in the morning from 8 to 10. There is also a shared kitchen where you can cook. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Q line Avenue H subway station. It is an express line to Manhattan, it takes you about half an hour to attractions like times square. I would like to recommend this B&B to any of you who are thinking of getting a B&B in Brooklyn.

staying in Midwood in a not satisfiing location nearby we've found this place by walking around - and feeled at home from the first moment. you've all you need and more in a very comfortable house in a really quiet area - for more than only staying for sleep. Bibi - the heart and sole of this location - is interested on her guests and will help you by having problems. and at last the metro - express and local! - is five minutes away by walking, next big supermarket too. we'll be back next, sure.

I stayed at Bibi's Garden B & B for four nights in June while I was visiting an ex-student of mine who is studying at Columbia University. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying here. Not only is it a beautiful place to stay, it is also in a neighborhood that is idyllic. This B & B is close to the subway, has a WONDERFUL breakfast every morning, and has owners who are hospitable and friendly. Treat yourself to Bibi's!

Groetjes Bas, Carmen, Naomi & Kenzo, Rijsbergen, Nederland.

We visit our grandchildren twice a year and always stay with Bibi & Harry. We don't even look at other options. Easy access to the trains, they can direct you to all the sights, very nice accomodations, wonderful food, and we look forward to enjoying the company of the other guests at breakfast. What a great way to start the day.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your home. We enjoyed every single day, especially the breakfast ;-). Pancakes have been delicious!!!!!!! Bibi and Harry are perfect, warm and welcoming hosts and they have the "very special something" that made our stay so perfect. We have been there already the second time and we would always come back again to that place and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you so so much for everything. See you ;-).

I stayed with my girlfriend at Bibi's Garden in the 1-bedroom suite at the first floor for 9 nights. It was like having our own apartment. Bibi & Harry are very friendly & helpful. The service is very excellent and Bibi and Harry give a wealth of information on places for shopping and restaurants etc. The area is quiet and very convenient. The Subway station Ave H Station is only five minute by feet away. From there In only 20 minute by train to manhattan. This was my first stay and i will stay definitley again!.

Lovely B&B. We stayed there for 6 nights in the last week of september. Bibi and Harry are lovely people. We enjoyed the breakfast with the other guests in the mornings. With the Q line to Manhatten every day in about half an hour to see the sights and back in the evenings to the quiet of Brooklyn. Dutch couple.

My husband and I stayed at Bibi's for 4 nights, June 17th to 20th 2011. Hosts Bibi and Harry are very warm, friendly and accommodating. The service is excellent and Bibi is a wealth of information on places to see and restaurants etc. The area is quiet and very convenient. A few minutes walk to the Ave H Station [where their is direct trains to Manhattan], or to Coney Island Ave Buses. This was my 2nd stay and will stay again.

Bibi's Garden was just what I needed for my stay. The staff is attentive but respectful of their guests' privacy. The rooms also had a high level of privacy. The breakfast was great, just what I needed before heading out for my Brooklyn explorations. Bibi and Harry occasionally engaged the guests in fun conversation over breakfast, and were able to answer any question one might have about how to get around or what sights might be interesting. I will definitely stay there again if my travels take me to the New York area.

A wonderful place. At the end of a long day, I felt like I was going home. Food was wonderful and the conversation was just right.

We were fortunate enough to find this B & B after discovering that the one we planned to stay in was a real "dive." Everything was bright and clean. We had a wonderful breakfast each morning and friendly service from the owner's. would definitely stay here again.

Bibi and Harry have a beautiful home! Their garden IS gorgeous, they are so loving and kind. Great to talk to but they respect your time and know when it's time for you to go off and have fun! The only thing is that I asked before reserving my room whether the rooms had their own bathrooms and my response was yes, they did. However, that was not true. I had to go down the hall to a shared bathroom. No robes were provided, so when I had to urinate in the middle of the night, I had to get dressed. Also, that made showering inconvenient. I have a temporary medical condition where I can't hold my bladder for too long and it was difficult when I had to go in the middle of the night and somebody else was taking their time in the bathroom as well. I would recommend this place to anybody - like I said, it's clean, the food is great, the location is good and Bibi and Harry are VERY NICE. However, just know there isn't a private bathroom.
All our guests have the possibility when making their reservation to either choose for a private bathroom or a semi-private bathroom. Our B&B third floor has two bathrooms and our second floor has one bathroom. Guests who choose for semi-private always have a bathroom on the same floor. In case all semi-private bathroom are occupied there's an extra toilet on the first floor to use.

One year ago my daughter and I stayed At Bibi's Garden. We came from Arizona to stay for 9 days. The room was a tad cool and small but worked out for us very well. It was a lovely adventure that we are so happy we did. The location of the bed and breakfast was just fine and very easy to use the sub way to get back and forth into the city. Bibi and family were gracious and helpful and made it very easy to find our way. This was our dream trip to New York and we loved every part of it including our stay at bibis. The home is very clean even with sharing a bathroom. The food she prepared was wonderful.

We have a new little girl and 3 out of the 4 new grandparents stayed at Bibi's while visiting. Bibi's was outstanding. Beautiful local and great rooms. Bibi was as nice as could be. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Bibi.

A very pleasant B&B made even more enjoyable by the attentiveness and warmth of hosts Bibi and Harry. Our room was a trifle on the small size with a detached bathroom (very well appointed) across the corridor. Beside that small inconvenience, it was a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent too. Day tripping to Manhattan is essential as the suburban location of the B&B offers very little in terms of eating and entertainment.

I stayed at Bibi's garden from 11/09 through 11/13 for my honeymoon and abosolutely loved it. Bibi was friendly and knew a great deal about the area. My wife and I were amazed that the place was so nice, clean and that it felt like home. The breakfast was always delicous. The walk to the AVE H subway station was only about 5 mins. If we had any questions about the city, or anything at all we felt comfortable asking. This was our first time staying with Bibi but it certainly won't be our last. We're from Maryland and were so happy with the warm hospitality

A very pleasant stay in a quiet street with big trees. A typical house near the station (5 min) and about 20 min from Manhattan. The rooms are clean and the owner, Bibi, is a very kind people who prepares good breakfast every morning. Bernard et Marie Pierre - Jouars-Ponchartrain - FRANCE

Throw away your old views of Brooklyn. This is "leafy" Brooklyn and these homes in Midwood were build by prosperous business men who wanted comfort within train distance of Manhattan. Bibi and Harry and their daughter Stephanie are warm and gracious hosts who make an effort to connect with every guest. The home is large, comfortable and quiet and offers charming rooms, a large shared kitchen and an expansive front porch. My favorite: an early morning cup of coffee, reading on the porch, while Bibi is preparing breakfast. Many thanks from Joe, Anna, Gabe and Luke from Montana!

We stayed for two weeks at Bib's Garden in the 2-bedroom third floor suite. It was like having our own apartment. The suite was well-supplied, immaculately clean, and very homelike. The innkeepers, Bibi and Harry, were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgable about the area. Bibi's Garden is an oasis of homelike pleasure a short car or subway trip from Manhattan. At half the price of a comparable hotel suite, this B&B is a value not to be missed.
