Joe, Patti & Renee were very friendly and inviting. The View is beautiful. We went in the off season, the 2nd weekend in March. Even with ice on the water and clouds in the sky, the view was amazing. The inside of the boat house is very lovely and cozy. The three course breakfast was delicious, both mornings it was unique, tasty, and filling.

Wow! We just returned from a few glorious days at the Boathouse. From start to finish we were greeted warmly and made to feel at home. My husband and I have stayed at numerous top rated B&B's across our great country, and The Boathouse ranks among the best. We could not have asked for more as Joe and Patti and their staff were as accommodating, professional, and pleasant as any of the five star resorts we have also visited. Our room was ample, immaculate, and furnished in keeping with the period of the inn. Our hosts made us feel as though we had visited their lake house. Joe's knowledge of the lake and its history made the beautiful boat ride more special. This is a can't miss and we will definitely return. Thank you Joe and Patti from, Wendy and Bill

We spent 4 nights at the Boathouse and were made to feel totally at home. its an elegant and relaxed experience in a beautiful location with great views and plenty of space on the decks and lawns to claim your own retreat. Jo and Patti were excellent hosts and breakfast was a social event featuring Patti's gormet skills. Don't miss a ride in their unique hand crafted classic lake boat Miss Boathouse. An excellent home base to see the adirondack region.
