I stayed at Swann Inn while on a bicycle trip from Albany to Battery Park and loved it. I left very early and Neil surprised me with a packed breakfast. As I left, deer were feeding on the front lawn. Very enjoyable at a good price. read more

Traveling away from NYC is a necessity but with no car Beacon was fantastic! We have a 4-year-old child. We all had such a great time and felt so welcome. The food was amazing and the beds were even better.

The red room is large and luxurious. We were extremely comfortable there and it was hard to leave. The inn sits at the foot of Mt. Beacon, so if you like to hike you're in luck. It's a bit of a walk to town from the inn.
