About Baiting Hollow B&B... The Baiting Hollow Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful two-story home nestled on the scenic main road of Long Island's north shore. It is perfectly situated on the east-end with easy access to both the north and south forks of Long Island, and is within minutes of many of the east end's most popular attractions. According to local records, our home was built in 1831 as home to a ship captain. As we're sure you will, we fell in love with the beauty and charm of the east-end and purchased the home just over three decades ago. Today over 170 years old, it still maintains it's old-fashioned style, beauty and charm. We invite you to enjoy that style, beauty and charm as our guests!

Bill's and Carol's place was very comfortable and charming. The rooms décor and comfort put you right at ease. The enclosed back porch with a view onto the back yard will make you forget all your concerns. Great place to relax. The breakfast was the icing on the cake. Thank Bill and Carol.
