Berry Hill Gardens Bed and Breakfast
Berry Hill Gardens is off the beaten path yet only 7 miles from Bainbridge, Afton or Oxford Villages. It is a country B&B situated high on a hilltop overlooking miles of rural beauty. There are extensive herb and flower gardens with hundreds of plant varieties for the guests to stroll in. The house is a restored 1820's farmhouse furnished with early American antiques. There is a large Great Room for guests to relax in with a wood burning stove to cozy up to after cross country skiing and a wrap around porch to view the countryside. A full country breakfast is served with emphasis on healthy organic foods. You can enjoy hiking and bird watching on our 300 acres, fishing on a beautiful clean private lake or try to catch the beavers in the act of making a new dam on our Federally Protected Wetlands area. We are less than 1/4 mile from the Finger Lakes Trail system. We are 3 hours from New York City, 45 minutes from Cooperstown and most of the area colleges. - Cancellations:
Must cancel 10 days prior to B&B reservation date to receive return of deposit. There is a $30.00 cancel fee.
