Salsa Del Salto B&B Inn

"The Tradition Continues" . Passed on from renowned ski instructor Dadou Mayer and his wife Mary Hockett; Pam and Jim Maisey both have extensive hospitality backgrounds, Pam with Marriott International for the past 23 years. Our goal here at Salto del Salto is fairly straightforward: to meet or exceed the expectations of every guest every time. Our guests rooms are Southwestern in style with hand made furniture made exclusively for the Inn. We offer a place where visitors can stay in luxury while experiencing unique Taos. The main Inn was designed by Antoine Predock, soft leather couches and oversized chairs are grouped around the massive two story fireplace in the living room, while the sunny dining room has a more rustic country feel. The ten guest rooms have king or queen size beds, some with fireplaces, jetted tubs, TV/VCRS, some with small refrigerators and coffee makers, all in southwestern colors and textures. Guest rooms all have private baths, each with fluffy towels and personal amenities. Guests play tennis, enjoy a relaxing swim or soak in the hot tub; while taking in stunning mountain views. Taos Ski Valley is an easy ten mile drive. We have continued a great breakfast under the tutelage of Chef Dadou. We bring to the table California cuisine. Bon Appetit!

    Photo Album

A breathtaking view of the Main Inn in the foreground with beautiful mountains beyond. Such is typical of views and we want you to experience them, too. A view into the courtyard off the Main Inn at Salsa del Salto
Another fall view of the Salsa groundsSalsa is the PREMIERE wedding destination. No other facility can accomodate and inspire the way Salsa does.
In this photo, Dadou and Mary (former owners) have just X-country skied to Williams Lake with guests for a picnic. Afternoons can be spent soaking up the warm sun, enjoying mountain views, playing an invigorating game of tennis, or enjoying a relaxing swim.
A new culinary adventure awaits guests each morning. From Eggs Benedict, to Creme Brulee French Toast, or Huevos Rancheros a spicy traditional New Mexico breakfast.Guests relax and review their day's events with other guests around the beautiful two story stone fireplace sharing their favorite restaurants and galleries.
Salsa is one of the few bed and breakfasts in Taos to boast a heated pool available from Memorial Day to the beginning of fall. Come cool off with us!
