Policies
- Minimum stay required (3 night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Outdoor smoking only at designated areas)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Well behaved only. Fully supervised at all times.)
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (50% if paying by check. Rooms held automatically with any accepted credit card.)
- Check in time is 3:00 PM - 6:00 and Check out time is by 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation, we will refund your deposit less a 10% processing fee of entire stay if reservation is canceled more than 14 days but less than 30 days before your stay. Cancellations between 13 days and 8 days of your stay will result in forfeiture of full deposit unless room is booked to others within 7 days of the canceled booking for the same number of days. All cancellations less than 7 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of full deposit regardless if room is rebooked. We grant a "deposit voucher" in the full amount of your deposit which can be used within (1) one year of the date of the canceled reservation. Limited to person(s) making original reservation and to guests with verifiable and legitimate reasons for the cancellation. Weather related events or delays in arrival are not included in voucher offer. Certain date and room restrictions apply based on room availability and original reservation circumstances. - Accepted by the following agencies:
