Alexander's Inn Vacation Rentals
Alexander’s Inn has recently evolved from a Bed & Breakfast of 9 rooms to a unique and much smaller operation. We cater to the guest who seeks more than a vacation rental yet prefers the autonomy and privacy not found at other inns. Our traditional Santa Fe casitas, featuring kiva fireplaces, New Mexican furnishings and décor, full kitchens and patios, are perfectly suited for family vacations or romantic holidays. As members of The Green Hotels Association, we are committed to incorporating sustainable earth policies and practices in the running of our inns, vacation rentals and the spa.
Guests rave about our heavenly beds, made up with fine linens, down comforters and feather pillows. For your utmost comfort and convenience, we provide daily maid service, luxuriously soft robes, phones, wireless internet, cable TV, DVD & CD players and air conditioning. Also available is a guest membership at the full-service El Gancho Health Club. Although we no longer serve breakfast at the Inn, each arriving guest is welcomed with a basket filled with homemade cookies, fresh fruit, coffee & teas, wine, chips & salsa..
Enjoy our spa, located just a few blocks from the Vacation Rentals. Absolute Nirvana Spa, selected by Conde Nast Traveler as "One of the Hottest New Spas in the World", features therapeutic, deep-tissue, hot stone and Thai massage, as well as a selection of facials and spa treatments.

Off I25, exit St. Francis Drive, turn right on Paseo de Peralta, then right again on Palace. One block up Palace you will then turn left on Faithway. The Madeleine is at the end of the block. You will be welcomed there, and given directins and keys. - Directions from airport:

Policies
- Minimum stay required (2 nights on weekends/3 nights for Christmas/Thanksgiving/Easter/Indian Mkt)

- Guest pets are welcome ($20 pet fee per visit for well-behaved pets)

- Limitations on childcare (We can help find a sitter with advance notice.)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (We give one bottle of wine at check-in.)
- Deposit amount required (50% of stay is required as a deposit. For stays of only one night, we require the full night's rate. The balance is due one month before arrival, time permitting.)
- Check in time is prefer 2-6pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations:
We ask for a one month notice of cancellation. We require payment in full one month in advance of your arrival. To receive full refund, less the $25 cancellation fee, your reservation must be re-booked by another party. - Accepted by the following agencies:
