We enjoyed our spacious room with balcony overlooking the Red River. This is a newer B & B built in the 1990s. Lovely family room and breakfast area. Walk to downtown and river walk. We will come again!

We rarely stay at B&Bs but this was a wonderful find. The location couldn't be better (we slept to the sound of the river) and the owners were like old friends. Room was excellent and breakfast was delicious.
