This Hacienda-style B & B sits on the mesa overlooking the Rio Grande River Valley. Mountains in NM, TX and Mexico can be seen from the back patio. Relax with a latte or glass of wine, and enjoy the quiet of the country setting.
Four guest rooms provide private entrances, patios & baths; TV, CD players, coffee makers, robes and telephone. Each room is warmly decorated in themes of Mimbres Indian mythology.
High speed wireless internet access throughout the propery. Medicine Wheel and Gardens available for quiet reflection. Great birdwatching from the patio, and an abundance of native desert cacti decorate the grounds.
Meeting facilities, small weddings and group functions are also available here. Pet friendly with prior approval. Children 12 and over.

From I-10 in Northwest El Paso, take Exit 8 - Artcraft. Go West on Artcraft toward NM. Go to the 3rd traffic light (4 miles)- NM 273 or McNutt Rd. Turn Right on NM 273. Check odomoeter. Go 2.5 miles to Koogle. Watch for yellow road sign with tractor. Koogle is next left after the sign. Turn Left on Koogle, which is a dirt road. Go 1.1 miles to Mountain Vista Rd. Turn Left on Mountain Vista. Go .5 mile to B & B on Left. - Nearest major airport: El Paso, TX (ELP) 21 miles

- Limited accommodations for guest pets ($15 fee. Pets can't be unattended in rooms, unless crated.)

- Deposit amount required (50% deposit required for group reservations.)
- Check in time is 3:30 - 7pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
If cancellation occurs with more than 10 days notice, $15 cancellation fee is applied, With less than 10 days notice, guests will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation, and will receive a gift certificate for the amount unused.
