Casa Escondida provided a wonderful setting, great atmosphere and warm hospitality for our 12th anniversary celebration. The cozy room, friendly and helpful staff combined with a setting in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to be perfect ingredients for a great celebration we will always remember. We sat on the porch outside our room and sipped champagne and nibbled on the delicious, homemade biscochitos and watched birds at the feeders on the grounds. The evening was capped off with a great meal at nearby El Rancho de Chimayo. Suffice it to say that - we shall return!
