A welcome change from the traditional Victorian, The Chateau offers Luxury accommodations with added ammenities such as imported marble bathrooms, 42 inch plasma tv's, 40 inch Sony LCD's, Jacuzzis, Refrigerated wet bars, wood burning fireplaces, patios, sundecks or balconies. Just a short stroll from your front steps will allow you to explore the park, beaches, shopping and boardwalk of our Seaside Village.

Exit Parkway and take the first right onto Highway 138 East(Belmar). Continue Two miles turning right onto Highway 35 South(Sea Girt, Spring Lake). Proceed on 35 South to 3rd traffic light and turn left just before the Eckerd Pharmacy onto Warren Avenue. Continue on Warren Avenue 1.3 miles or to the first stop sign. - Deposit amount required (One night stay plus NJ tax or 50% deposit for stays of two nights or greater)

- Cancellations:
Because of our small size, cancellations effect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict policy. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of guests actual arrival or departure date. In the event of a cancellation, deposit will be refunded if The Chateau is notified more than 10 days before arrival. Should notification be made less than 10 days before arrival, all deposit payments will be forfeited unless the space can be rerented for the entire reserved period.
