Proceed on 35 South to 3rd traffic light and turn left just before the Eckerd Pharmacy onto Warren Avenue. Continue on Warren Avenue 1.3 miles or to the first stop sign. Policies
- Minimum stay required (Two night minimum on weekends, three night minimum weekends in summer season)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (small dogs only, midweeks offseason/ prior approval required)
- Children are welcome (First two children 12 and under are free)
- Limitations on childcare (Need advance notice and subject to availablility)
- Deposit amount required (One night stay plus NJ tax or 50% deposit for stays of two nights or greater)
- Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations:
Because of our small size, cancellations effect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict policy. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of guests actual arrival or departure date. In the event of a cancellation, deposit will be refunded if The Chateau is notified more than 10 days before arrival. Should notification be made less than 10 days before arrival, all deposit payments will be forfeited unless the space can be rerented for the entire reserved period.
