The Colonial Inn is the perfect location for a relaxing retreat and a little fun! We are located in Historic Smithville a Towne of over 60 shops and 5 eateries. Once you arrive at the Village everything is right outside your door just follow the cobblestone path.
Just 12 Miles from the excitement of Atlantic City or the relaxing beaches of the Jersey shore.

Exit 48, puts you on Route # 9. Continue approximately 4 miles to light at Moss Mill Road. Turn right onto Moss Mill.....CVS on corner. Go slowly (.2 mile) you will see our building, Gray Clapboard w/ Blue trim & Clock Tower.
Turn right into our parking lot and enter through
the Cafe - Nearest major airport: Atlantic City, NJ (ACY) 9 miles

- Deposit amount required (Reservations for one night require payment at time of reservation. Two night or more requires a 50% deposit. Checks are accepted for reservations three weeks prior to arrival only.)
- Check in time is 3:00 - 7:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
The Colonial Inn is a small property where every reservation is both important and special to us. If your plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us thirty days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund, less a $35 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation booking, unless we are able to rebook all nights. Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to a $35 administrative fee. Cancellations made seven(7),or less than seven days of reservation date will receive no refund. - Accepted by the following agencies:
