Beacon House
Located just one block from the crashing Atlantic and Sea Girt's historic lighthouse, The Beacon House welcomes you with an ambiance which is uniquely its own. Built in the classic style of a grand Victorian seaside inn, circa 1879, its two spacious houses are framed by panoramic wrap around porches lined with comfortable wicker and rockers. Elegant crystal chandeliers descend over polished oak floors and spacious parlors are warmed by fireplaces in the cooler months. Both houses have been beautifully restored and renovated with 18 individually decorated guest rooms all with private baths, air conditioning, ceiling fans and color cable televisions. Mornings begin with the aroma of fresh brewed coffee followed by a sumptuous homemade breakfast served in our bright and elegant dining room. Spend a glorious day at the beach, relax in the peaceful serenity of a chaise lounge at our private pool, walk the boards, or explore the shops and eateries of Sea Girt, Spring Lake and Manasquan. Whatever the season, we look forward to sharing the casual elegance of The Beacon House with you!

Go 3/4 of the way around first traffic circle and exit circle onto Route 524 East (Allaire Road). Follow to fifth traffic light, and there turn right onto Route 71 South. Proceed straight for about two miles. Take the first left after small bridge over Wreck Pond onto Beacon Blvd. The Beacon House is 6 blocks ahead on right. From Philadelphia and South: New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 7A. Travel East on Route I-195 approximately 27 miles and take exit for Route 34 South. Policies
- Minimum stay required (3 night weekends July, August and Holidays)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (You are welcome to enjoy our pets.)
- Limitations on children staying (Well behaved age 16 and over)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (A 50% deposit must be received by us within 5 days of booking your reservation.)
- Check in time is 3:00 - 7:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
A refund of deposit less a $50 charge per room will be made if we receive a cancellation at least 30 days prior to reservation date. If within 30 days of your arrival, refund policy (less the $50 per room fee) applies only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation. Otherwise, your deposit is forfeited. Any cancellations received within 10 days (30 days for Weekly Rentals) of your arrival date will not be refunded and the entire reservation will be charged to your account. Management is not responsible for inclement weather, health issues, early departures or for any other reason beyond our control. There are no refunds or changes on one night bookings and gift certificates. - Accepted by the following agencies:
