    The award winning Carriage House, located just one block from the Atlantic Ocean and one block from the Grove's business district, is an intimate eight room Bed & Breakfast dedicated to insure the ultimate in elegance, comfort and convenience. Each of our guest rooms features a private bath, air conditioning and cable TV, while our larger rooms have queen size beds and working fireplaces for those frosty autumn and winter evenings. At the Carriage House your day begins with a sumptuous full breakfast served by the fireplace in our elegant dining room. After breakfast and throughout the day, you can unwind on our porch and let the cool ocean breezes take you back to another time. Small business meetings and social functions are welcome.     We loved the breakfasts -- Kathi & Phil made us feel very welcome -- the rooms were tastefully furnished -- the location was perfect for our needs. Thank you.

    We went to Ocean Grove to celebrate our anniversary on the spare of the moment and were delighted with finding room at the Carriage House. The owners were on sight, very welcoming. The breakfast spread was beautifully laid out with china and tableclothes which made us feel we as guests were appreciated. Would go back for a longer stay.

    Kathi & Phil's Carriage House B & B in Ocean Grove, NJ was the perfect place for rest and relaxation from our extremely busy and tiring schedules. The house is exquisitely decorated and so warm and inviting. Phil upgraded us to a larger room...just because it was available....and at no extra charge. Our room was quaint and the ocean breezes lovely. The best part, however is the breakfast buffet, a delicious mix of sweet and savory choices that leave you completely satisfied. The fridge and freezer are stocked with goodies for late night snacks too. Carriage House is located conveniently close to the beach, (badges available at a great discount) main street, (with it's quaint shops and restaurants) and the wonderful auditorium (with all it's summer opportunities for spiritual renewal). We stayed for three days, two nights, and came away so refreshed and relaxed that we made reservations for the end of the summer too.

    Stayed in room 7 - it's a perfect size for one person. The entire place was beautifully decorated and spotless. Only recommendation would be for the room to have a full length mirror. Breakfast was outstanding and the Innkeepers were both very nice. Plan to go back again. Wonderful location for a solo trip - very peaceful and relaxing.

    We spent the 2nd week of our honeymoon in Ocean Grove at the Carriage House and it was nothing but perfect! Kathi and Phil are so lovely and we felt welcome and relaxed. Our room was really nice and the breakfast was outstanding. We already planing the next trip to the Jersey Shore and we want to stay at the Carriage House again.
