All rooms have private baths and AC. Some rooms have jacuzzi tubs, decks and fireplaces..     We always have a wonderful time at Brown's B&B. A wonderful family atmosphere with wonderful rooms and great food. The Brown family goes out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

    Our room was quaint and very comfortable. Unfortunately, Mrs. Brown has health issues and was having an emergency at the time of our visit. So we were not able to experience the food, and had to go to their restaurant way down the other end of the boardwalk. The food there was fine and the donuts were awesome! Also, due to the emergency, no one really explained too much about anything so we were kind of left alone to figure everything out. But our room was clean and the location is great.

    Place was lovely. Daily breakfasts were superb. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. What a great vacation! Thank you.

    Always enjoy my stay at Browns. The food is excellent, they make you feel at home. Everything that you need is right there. Thanks again for an enjoyable couple of days!

    Have been coming to Brown's for the past 4 years. Was so looking forward to a long weekend but it was interrupted by hurricane Irene last week. Everything about this B&B is great. The rooms are always clean and the food is plentiful and delicious. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Couldn't be better. Will be back again next year.
