Located on a 250-acre working horse farm, formerly owned by the Dancer Family, prominent Standardbred horse trainers, the property features acres of rolling hills, vineyards, wildflower fields, and horses in their paddocks.

The 19th century farmhouse has been fully restored and modernized with 10 uniquely themed designer guestrooms with private baths, including Ultra Thermal Masseur tubs with Chromotherapy, fireplaces and private balconies .

All guests enjoy the use of our third floor deck from which one can observe the entire farm. Sit in our comfortable library and read a book. Take a walk out to our patio and side-yard gazebo and into the gardens where you can literally stop and smell the roses.

Follow to Route 195 East.
Take Exit 7 off Route 195 to Route 526 East to Allentown
Go approx. 1 mile and turn right at stop sign onto Route 539.
Go through town. (Shortly after you pass the mill and pond, Route 539 takes a sharp left.)
After left go approximately 9 miles on Route 539.
At 2nd light, turn right onto Route 528 West.
Go 2 miles and turn left at Applegate Lane.
Follow to end and take left at stop sign. (Archertown Road)

Take Route 95 North to Route 76 East & cross Walt Whitman Bridge. Follow Route 76 to Route 295 North. Take to exit 56 & follow signs for US 206 South/Fort Dix. US 206 becomes NJ 68 South. Take left at CR 537.Take right onto CR 528/Jacobstown-New Egypt Rd. Go 2 miles and at the stop sign make a left onto Main St. Go 2 blocks and take a right onto Brindletown Road. Take an immediate left onto Front Street/Magnolia Ave/ Archertown Rd. We are 9/10 mile, on left
