Chimney Hill Estate – The Main Estate House is professionally decorated with old world charm. This historic home features eight spacious bedrooms with heavenly King and Queen beds, most with fireplaces. There are no televisions or telephones in these rooms making this the perfect romantic or relaxation get-away. Enjoy sumptuous breakfast fireside in the charming dining room or treat yourself to delicious treats in the Butler Pantry all located in the estate house.

The New York Times called this historic home an architectural treasure. The home was designed by Margaret Spencer; Margaret Fulton Spencer was one of the first female practicing architects in the United States. She married artist Robert Spencer in 1914, and they settled in New Hope. A specialist in restoring early fieldstone farmhouses, she also designed interiors for clients. After Robert Spencer's death in 1931, Margaret traveled to Africa and lived in Paris, where she worked for American architectural firm, and exhibited at the Paris Salon. The home was constructed by the finest craftsman in Bucks County for the Hunt family in 1927.

Turn right onto Valley Road and turn at first left onto Goat Hill Road. Travel 1.5 miles. Chimney Hill Farm on the right.

Take I-78 West to I-287 South. Travel I-287 So. approx. 5 miles to Route 202 South (Lambertville Sign. Travel Rt. 202 S. for 35 mins. traveling through Flemington. Stay on 202 S. till sign for 179 South Lambertville. Exit onto 179 South and travel to first traffic light. Go straight through traffic light to the second left and turn left onto Swan St. Take Swan St. to second right Studdiford St. Go right on Studdiford and travel uphill till road name changes to Goat Hill Road. Chimney Hill Estate Inn on the left.

Chimney Hill Estate must be notified of a cancellation or change for lodging 15 days prior. In this event,your deposit minus $35.00 will be returned. Notification of cancellation or change of scheduled lodging within 15 days will not receive a return of deposit and will be charged the remainder of balance for lodging.

The Shad Festival, the Winter Carnival and the Balloon Festivals are some of our favorites. We love to get our guests to experience the local culture and feel the welcome atmosphere. It's really a pleasure to see our guests having a wonderful time and wanting to return real soon.
