The Estate boasts a gorgeous fieldstone home built in 1820 and restored in 1920 by Margaret Spencer ,the First Woman Architect in our country.
A restored circa dairy barn with upscale lodging surrounded by eight acres of beautiful fields and gardens along with the ever popular Chimney Hill Alpacas and Llamas!

Go straight through traffic light to the second left and turn left onto Swan St. Take Swan St. to second right Studdiford St. Go right on Studdiford and travel uphill till road name changes to Goat Hill Road.
