When entering New Jersey stay straight for about 3/4 of a mile and look for either 139 W or signs that say US 9/US 1)---DO NOT GET ON THE TURNPIKE---Stay to left of it!
Take the next exit which is basically the middle exit toward Kennedy Blvd/Jersey City.
You will be Merging onto RT-139 West (also called Hoboken Ave)
Turn left at Baldwin Ave.(This is the 2nd traffic light after the exit;Palisade Ave. is the 1st
Go exactly 8 traffic lights and turn left onto Montgomery Street.
Go 1 block and turn left onto Mill Road.
Go one block and make a left onto Mercer Street. We are at 442 Mercer Street.
We are the first house on the right. There's a big white gate in front of the house.

All our rooms have private bathrooms!!! All our rooms also have free High Speed Internet Access with printers and also refrigerators with free drinks that are restocked daily. Every room also has a microwave and coffee maker and almost unlimited closet space and lots of brand new dressers. We have a lot of flexibility and can accommodate all size families as well as single guests. All our rooms now also have water coolers too!
Our Two bed room includes a queen size bed and a single bed and a very large office area and a 32" Sony TV.
Our King size room has a magnificent king size bed in the bedroom with a very special and very comfortable tempurpedic mattress. It also has a 36" Sony TV. It also has a full size bed in a second room.
Our Suite has an Italian king size bed in the bedroom, a very firm mattress, and a large seperate living room with a Sofa and Futon that converts to a full size bed. It also has a 30" Sony TV and a 2nd TV in the living room.

Policies - No minimum stay required
- Smoking is allowed outside only (We have a backyard and two balconies where you can smoke,)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Children are welcome (We have two 7 year old boys so all children are welcome.)
- Childcare is provided (We will get you a reliable babysitter for $10 per hour.)
- Deposit amount required (Deposit amount required is 100% of the room charge which is charged to your credit card within 24 hours after your reservation. 20% deposits are accepted on reservations made over 90 days in advance.)
- Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is NOON
- Cancellations:
Cancellations: If you cancel 30 days before your arrival date then an 80% refund will be given. We have the cheapest prices in the NYC area so we have to be somewhat strict about our cancellation policies. Within 24 hours after you book your room we will charge your credit card 100% of your visit and most likely no refunds will be given unless you cancel at least 30 days before your stay. As I already stated, if you cancel 30 days before your arrival date then an 80% refund will be given. However, no refunds will be given at all if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date unless we book someone else in your room for that night at the same rate; then a refund will be given to you within 48 hours for the same rate that we were able to reserve the room for after we have booked another guest in the room you had already paid for. Please remember that a 20% administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations that are canceled 24 hours or more after your credit card has been charged for the days of your stay with us.
If you reserve your room more than 90 days in advance, you may request us before you reserve the room to not charge you the full amount immediately. If you request this before you make your reservation we will charge your credit card only 20% initially of the total cost of your stay instead of the entire bill. (The 80% balance will be charged 30 days before your arrival date.)
If you cancel your reservation before 30 days of your arrival date, only the 20% administrative fee will have been charged to your credit card. In other words, you will have gotten an 80% refund of your total stay. However, 30 days before your arrival date the entire cost of your stay will be charged to your room (the 80% balance) and then all policies above will apply.
