    • Deposit amount required: Deposit amount required is 100% of the room charge which is charged to your credit card within 24 hours after your reservation. 20% deposits are accepted on reservations made over 90 days in advance.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations: If you cancel 30 days before your arrival date then an 80% refund will be given. We have the cheapest prices in the NYC area so we have to be somewhat strict about our cancellation policies. Within 24 hours after you book your room we will charge your credit card 100% of your visit and most likely no refunds will be given unless you cancel at least 30 days before your stay. No refunds will be given at all if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date unless we book someone else in your room for that night at the same rate; then a refund will be given to you within 48 hours for the same rate that we were able to reserve the room for after we have booked another guest in the room you had already paid for. A 20% administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations that are canceled 24 hours or more after your credit card has been charged for the days of your stay with us. If you reserve your room more than 90 days in advance, you may request us before you reserve the room to not charge you the full amount immediately. If you request this before you make your reservation we will charge your credit card only 20% initially of the total cost of your stay instead of the entire bill. (The 80% balance will be charged 30 days before your arrival date.) If you cancel your reservation before 30 days of your arrival date, only the 20% administrative fee will have been charged to your credit card. In other words, you will have gotten an 80% refund of your total stay. However, 30 days before your arrival date the entire cost of your stay will be charged to your room (the 80% balance) and then all policies above will apply. *We state that "If you are not 100% happy with our rates & great value we will refund you all your money!"     First time in a bed and breakfast, better than any hotel! The staff Ron, and Clarence, extremely friendly! Ron even walked us to the train station. They make anything you want for breakfast and are willing to help with any problems or questions you have. You really feel like your home when staying here. Travel to the city is easy, only a 10 min walk the train station. Only 2 dollars one way to the city. The price cant be beat. Definitely will be coming back when traveling to New York again. Highly Recommend

    We have been traveling for 3 months across America and this has been by far the best accommodation for the entire trip. Ron is very friendly and a great cook! we stayed here for 3 weeks and traveled to and from NYC every single day. the rail station is a walking distance away and the only a 10-15 minute ride into the center of the city! As for getting home, pretty much no matter how late it was we felt safe walking down the main street back to the jersey city B&B!

    We will never forget our eventfull trip to Lonnie´s B&B. He invited us to a Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament and also to his own casino game hall. We had a lot of fun with him and his two grandsons. For the great time we´d like to say a big thank you.

    stayed for 6 nights realy took care of us 15 min walk to journal sq path train to manhattan we had the ground floor king size room plenty of privacy and comfartable staff allways willing to help ron is a great host

    I've to make a special recommandatation for Ron. He is an outstanding host, just perfect. Ron you're the best!! The B&B got everything you need. And is clean! We felt ourself at home. 33rd street and Worldtrade center is easy to reach by train, wich is a 10min walk from the B&B. Or couple of min by taxi, wich cost you $5 Its a perfect basecamp to discover new york city.
