Th Cottage on The River is ideally located in Historic Island Heights on the Toms River. Two suites and two guest rooms all have panoramic views of the river. A convenient 10 minutes from Exit 82 on the Garden State Parkway. The ocean beaches and Island Beach State Park are under a 15 minute drive. Sailboat rentals, crabbing and fishing are adjacent to property. Island Heights is home for the Ocean County Artists Guild,Island Heights Yacht Club and the Ye Olde Corner Deli (rated 26 by Zagat Guide). Manchester, Whiting, Lakehurst and Brick all within 15 minutes. Toms River is our bordering neighbor. Atlantic city, Manhattan, and Philadelphia are just over an hour away.

go six traffic lights to west End Ave. Take right and go to the second stop sign which will be Ocean Ave. Go left for approximately 1/2 mile through stop sign and around s curve. Where Ocean Ave divides in five direction bear to you right onto Ocean Bend which is a one way street. We are the fourth house on the right. Sign out front. Pull into driveway.

Cancellation allowed up to within 2 weeks prior to day of arrival for refund. Within two weeks deposit nonreturnable unless Suite or Room is re-rented, then deposit returned less a 10% accounting fee.
