Exit 117 Garden State Parkway. Route 36 South 12 miles to Highlands. Turn right at Portland Road (last exit before the Highlands/Sandy Hook Bridge). Proceed on Portland through woods, past Hartshorne Woods Park, around hair pin curve to stop sign. Henry Hudson High School is ahead on the right, proceed straight into the high school parking lot and go to far left corner. You will see the pink SeaScape Manor sign and the driveway is right there. Come on down!
