Obviously we love Seascape Manor as we recently stayed there for the 6th summer in a row. We have stayed in 3 of the 4 rooms and our favorite is by far The Garden Room but the other 2 are really nice too. The staff is wonderful as are the breakfasts... read more

The Hartshorne Room is spacious and filled with beautiful antiques. The king size bed becons you and guests rave about its comfort. A private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean awaits you outside the French doors.Walk to our front door and absorb the garden views, stop by the fish pond, or continue to the Main deck, SeaScape offers eye candy for those who enter through the gate.
The Precious Moments Room offers ocean views while lying in the comfortable queen size bed, a private deck and a fireplace for those cool evenings. The large bathroom has an oversized soaking tub for two with an ocean view and a separate shower. A romantic hideaway!The Parlor offers a place to sit and read, warm by the wood burning fireplace or select a DVD or VCR to view in your room. Relax and entertain your friends before going out to dinner.
Plain & Fancy describes this quiet, peaceful room. An Amish 4 poster queen bed provides comfort, the Amish blanket chest, quilts and art provide a glimpse of the Amish life. Relax and read by the fireplace. Soak in the large tub or shower off the day's sand in your private bathroom. A special with calming appeal.Enjoy your own private deck from the Precious Moments Room.
Our largest room offers a king bed and queen sofa bed, a 1920's Art Deco Bar, a wall of windows overlooking the ocean, and a private bath with tub and shower. The private patio offers more great views and this room only has 2 steps for those who avoid them. Warm by the fireplace or read a book from the extensive library.
