My stay at Twin Gables was very relaxing and comfortable. The food is excellent and well prepared. Lots of nice touches like beach towels and chairs; wine and tea with light fare snacks in the afternoon. I highly recommend Twin Gable.

High ceilings, large lace covered windows and cheerful decorations add to the warm, friendly feeling of the parlor. Wonderful place to enjoy a conversation, enoy teatime, listen to music or just relax. The room also features "pocket window" doors once used to walk out onto the wicker filled veranda. An 1854 pump organ is also showcased. The Leopold Room named for the first owners overlooks historic Columbia Avenue. Settle in and enjoy the breezes in the newly refurbished room furnished in the Eastlake style. (Private bath and air-conditioned)
The Dwyer Room's Lilac & rose wallpaper, highback Eastlake bed and matching marble-topped dresser and washstand bring you back to the days of lace and flowers. (air-conditioned and private bath) The recently refurbished Callahan Room presents the guest with choices. A romantic getaway with a king-size bed or a break from the hectic schedule with a friend and twin beds. The room features marble-topped bureau, dresser, a/c and private bath. Situated in the back, it overlooks the garden.
