This was our 5th time to the Dormer House, and it was as great as the other times. It's a wonderful place to stay, with great accommodations. We were a little sad to hear that the original owners, Lucille and Dennis, had sold the business to another couple that owns a nearby Inn, but honestly, we have always dealt with Diana, their daughter. It is our understanding that the new owners are keeping Diana on as the main host, and her husband Mike as the chef, which we were glad to hear. They have always been so very accommodating of our every need. If I could pass on any advice to the new owners, it would be to build on what is already a great recipe. Good luck Mike & Diana, we can't wait to come back again soon! (Dan & Kim - Telford PA)

Lovely home. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts, Walking distance of the beach and shopping. On-site parking (a HUGE plus in Cape May). Afternoon tea. Great experience.

Everything was really nice. Owners & staff friendly & accommodating. Breakfast is really good & the afternoon tea is fun & tasty. Could use a few more beach towels & chairs, but otherwise perfect!

The lady who works the front is the daughter of the former owners. She was very nice and helpful. The room was nice in its own funky way. The bed was not comfortable, however, and the onsite dining didn't exist due to various reasons. So there was the bed, but breakfast was at another site. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

We stayed for a long weekend in July and the Dormer House was great. This is our second year that we have all stayed here. We are 3 siblings, married and with grown children and we reserved 9 of the rooms. We all loved our rooms, Diana took good care of us. We will be back next year.

This was our third stay at the Dormer House. Our first two stays were excellent but this one was not as good. We did not feel that personal touch that it had in the past and the property does not seem to be as well kept. We found out that the house was recently sold to another business in Cape May and this is probably why. We did have a good time though. Thanks for the memories Dormer House!

The Dormer House is a quiet, out of the way Bed and Breakfast in a busy tourist town. It is off the beaten path so the tourist crowd does not come by. The porch provides a lovely respite from the beach.
