Spacious and sumptuous 2nd floor suite with porch. Bedroom finished in rich gold with king-size bed; double doors lead to a private parlor, magnificently furnished in shades of plum. TV, CD, DVD; private bath.

We offer eight uncluttered guest rooms and two suites, each with period furnishings, private bath and air conditioning ... a few with ocean views, two with private porch and most with TV. The Mooring is in Cape May's historic district, one building back from the beach and an easy walk to the restaurants and shops of this small town. my friend and i enjoyed a lovely weekend. we stayed in the beautiful first floor bedroom which had two beds. the room was lovely and met all our needs. Leslie and Vince are excellent hosts.

My husband and I recently stayed at The Mooring and the experience was better than we expected. We have stayed at many B&B's in Cape May and by far this was the best! It was extremely clean, Vince and Leslie were outstanding hosts and the breakfasts were stupendous, as well as the afternoon teas. We definitely will be going back. In fact, we believe this is the only B&B we will stay in at Cape May in the future.

My wife and I have been to a few B&B's, and by far this was the best. Wonderful atmosphere, clean,relaxing and inviting!! Breakfast was awesome and coffee available 24/7! Vince is a great guy.....extremely helpful with everything you need to know about Cape May. We definitely would recommend it to friends and family!!

My husband and I stayed this past weekend and had an amazing experience! We stayed in Room 14. This room doesn't have a tv but who needs one with all the great books provided? :) The room was very elegant, spacious and immaculate. Vince was beyond helpful and accommodating (he called several restaurants for us just to see if they were still seating for late dinners!). Leslie's breakfasts are to die for!!! You definitely don't want to miss her French toast and Greek yogurt. Thank you for an amazing stay and I'm looking forward to staying there again!

Our room was very nice and worth the walk up to the 3rd floor. Breakfast on both days was delicious. Coffee and tea available at any time. Vince is great and knowledgeable about what to see and do in Cape May. It was our first time at The Mooring, but I'm sure it won't be our last.
