Great Location and Place

Bonnie and Lance are great hosts and the breakfasts were the best we ever had. The house has a great location to beach, restaruants, and shopping. Within walking distance to many activities. Met interesting people and had great conversations.

Lovely stay

4.6 on April 01, 2015

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The room was lovely, the bathroom had all the amenities, but the food was a bit uninspired. Somewhat basic and no real choice. Tea and cookies seemed store bought. We have stayed in other inns that had two choices for breakfast and had better baked goods. However, this inn was in a nice location and had a nice electric fireplace and sitting area in our room which made a cold day nice.

Birthday Getaway

We stayed at the Wesley on 2/15 to celebrate my husband's birthday. It is beautiful and Bonnie is the best host. She makes you feel right at home! Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the fireplace. We will be back!!!

Best Cape May B&B!

5 on February 15, 2015

My wife and I return every year for a Valentine's Day weekend and we return to the best B&B in Cape May every time. Beautiful home, clean and comfy rooms and in room fireplaces to keep off the chill. If you are looking for a romantic weekend, look no farther. The inn keeper Bonnie will take care of any special needs. Candy, flowers, champagne and rose petals on the bed. Bonnie's hot breakfasts are incredible. In the afternoon there are always cookies or fresh baked treats as a snack. Gourmet hot tea is always available for a quick warm up. Shopping, dining and the convention center are just a short walk away. In the Summer, the beach is only a block down the street. Treat yourself to the best when you stay in Cape May!

Signature Dish

Belgium Waffles
Every Sunday morning at the John Wesley Inn, Bonnie makes home made Belgium waffles. They are topped with fresh whipped cream and ripe, red strawberries. This speciality is served with slices of peppered bacon on the side. There is always plenty of freshly squeezed orange juice and piping hot coffee.
