Front room on 1st floor has 12' ceilings. Decorated in dark blue paisley and rose, the Edwards Room contains Victorian furniture and a beautiful restored faux marble fireplace mantlepiece with a fireplace insert. Victorian lighting, color television and dvd player, ceiling fan & air conditioning.

Just behind the 2nd floor balcony, Ellie's Room boasts an unusually lovely walnut Victorian bedroom set. High ceilings, 3 windows draped in lace panels, tv and dvd player, ceiling fan and a/c and a small "step-up" bathroom with a small tub and shower complete this charming room.

2nd floor room, in oldest part of the inn, contains high ceilings, antique Victorian furnishings and decor, ceiling fan, small color tv and dvd player, and air conditioning in summer, and private bath, which has restored clawfoot soaking tub with a shower added.

Frances’ Room is on the second floor in the oldest part of the inn and has high ceilings, an unusually lovely turn-of-the century carved oak queen bed and matching bureau with a framed round mirror. The wallpapers are dark blue and shades of rose. Frances' Room has a private full bathroom, a small color tv and vcr and its own air-conditioner in summer.

2nd floor room has high-backed Victorian walnut beds with matching bureau & rocking chair. Decorated in medium blue floral. Small color tv and dvd player, ceiling fan and a/c. Bathroom is paneled halfway up with old wainscoting and boasts an antique clawfoot soaking tub with shower added.

Cozy 2nd floor room has antique queen bed with a pretty Victorian mirrored door armoir and bureau, tv and vcr. Decorated in shades of rose, sage green and dull gold. Has ceiling fan and a/c. Bathroom has old wainscoting, an unusual old fashioned pedestal-style soaking tub with shower added and a pedestal sink.

A 2nd floor hideaway, this "Honeymoon Suite" has a cozy Victorian bedroom and sitting room, with Eastlake bedroom furniture and a rose velvet Eastlake parlor set. Modern amenities include ceiling fan over bed, a/c, color tv/vcr and private bath with tub/shower.

One wing of 3rd floor contains a "Honeymoon/Anniversary Suite". Bedroom with queen bed and tv & a sitting room with daybed & tv/dvd are decorated in floral Victorian wallpaper. Full bath with tub/shower. A wonderful setting for a special occasion.

A memorable, romantic "Honeymoon Suite" - recently renovated two room suite into one large suite. Lace-curtained windows reveal a "peek" of the ocean. Large country bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub and shower.

On the first floor, just behind Edward’s Room, is our newest suite, the Annie C. Page suite. The main room in this two room suite features eleven-foot high ceilings. This bright and cheery room features large windows with lace curtains to allow the morning sun to brighten your day. The floral wallpaper with the wicker furnishings gives this room the old fashioned, Victorian charm with somewhat of a cottage feel. The large second room has a daybed, rocking chair and a gas stove for the colder months. Both rooms have TV’s, DVD players and their own AC in the summer months. The private bath has a restored claw foot soaking tub with its own shower enclosure. As an added feature this suite has a small wet bar with a small refrigerator.
