A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of the booking to secure the reservation. The deposit applies to the last day of your stay. The balance must be paid in full upon arrival. In the event that a guest must cancel, shorten their stay, or make a change in their confirmed reservation, the deposit will be refunded minus a $30.00 processing fee, if we can rebook the entire reservation. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before check-in (2pm), then NO refund is made.
