Best B&B on LBI. Stayed many times. rooms great, people great. very clean with hot breakfast.

The sitting room where you find DVD's, games, books, and a quiet setting for conversing or relaxing. Use the desk area to plug in your laptop for a quick email check.Enjoy the cool breezes on our wrap-around porches. Eat breakfast, talk with friends, or relax on the hammock built for two.
Ride our bicycles on the nearby bike paths.Room 1 - Located on the second floor of Victoria Too, this lovely room boasts a king size, antique mahogany armoire, antique dresser, full private bath, and view of the park
Room 2 - Considered our "Honeymoon Room", this spacious room is located on the second floor of Victoria Too. It has a private porch overlooking our swimming pool area, king size bed, and full private bath.Room 3 - Located on the second floor of Victoria Too, this lovely room boasts a queen size 4 poster bed, antique armoire, antique dresser, full private bath, and view of the pool.
Room A - Located on the second floor of the main house. This room boasts a king size bed, antique armoire, desk and dresser, full bath, access to second floor porch and view of the garden area.Room D - Located on the second floor of the main house, this comfortable room has a park view, king size bed, antique armoire and dresser, and access to second floor porch. The spacious full bath has a Victorian tub with shower.
Room E - Located on the third floor of Victoria, this lovely room boasts a queen size, antique dressers, and full private bath.Room H - Located on the third floor of the main house this large room offers a view of the park, king size bed, antique dresser and full private bath.
Bayside - Located on ground level, this easily accessible room offers a queen size bed, full bath and private entrance. Only one step to the room and one step to the bath. Directly outside the room is a brick patio for enjoying your morning coffee.Take a dip in the heated pool, relax on the many lounge chairs, enjoy your take-out lunch under the umbrellas. Always peaceful, tucked in the back of the house away from the sidewalk traffic.
