Because of the limited availability of rooms, last minute cancellations affect us significantly. Your deposit will be refunded less a 10% bookkeeping charge if 14 days no tice is provided. Less than 2 weeks notice, deposit will be refunded (less bookkeeping charge) ONLY if the room is re-rented for the entire length of your stay.
