  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
  • Deposit amount required (a 50% deposit is required to confirm a deposit)

  • Check in time is 2:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Cancellations:
    Because of the limited availability of rooms, last minute cancellations affect us significantly. Your deposit will be refunded less a 10% bookkeeping charge if 15 days no tice is provided. If less than 15 days notice, deposit will be refunded (less bookkeeping charge) ONLY if the room is re-rented for the entire length of your stay. Management is not responsible for illness or inclement weather. If renting more than 2 rooms,longer notification for cancelling is required.
