Welcome to the Atlantic View Inn, a warm and comfortable Bed & Breakfast just 200 feet from one of the finest beaches on the Jersey Shore. Many of our rooms have great ocean views. Fireplaces and feather-beds complete an intimate atmosphere perfect for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We also provide beach badges, towels, chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and on-site parking for every room. Let us recommend and make reservations at some of our great area restaurants. Fishing, surfing, cruises are some of your options or do nothing but lie on the beach. Come, relax, and enjoy the view on our large wraparound porch. We'll be waiting for ya.

Our stay in this beautiful inn on a quiet beach was one of the best experiences we've had. The owners Chris and Debbie and their manager had only one concern... were we happy and was there anything else they could do for us. Well we were VERY HAPPY and look forward to a return visit. Our room, The Montauk, as well as the rest of the Inn was clean and beautifully furnished and we loved breakfast and afternoon snacks on the wraparound porch with the ocean view. By the way we met 4 couples that have been repeat customers for 12 years if that gives you an indication of how great this B&B is.

My husband and I picked this Inn from its website and it was exactly what we wantedl! Our room was lovely (#1 Avon by the sea) with a private porch, a stall shower and a large jacuzzi. The owners (Chris and Debbie) and staff (especially Janice) -- could not have been nicer or more helpful. The Inn is immaculate, charming and quiet. We took NJTransit from NY's Penn Sta. to Bradley Beach which is about a mile from the Inn. (Chris met us at the train and insisted on dropping us off for the return although Uber/Lyft are available.) The beach and boardwalk are a a two-minute walk away. It's mostly about the beach for us and the beach is beautiful! The Inn provides beach tags, towels, umbrellas and chairs (the nice kind - low to the sand, adjustable and with high backs). While there are restaurants in town (less than a mile away), there are two conveniently located around the corner. A full homemade, delicious breakfast is made daily by Chris. We will definitely return. P.S. The town is mostly dry so you can BYO or frequent the liquor stores in town. The Inn provides access tags to an olympic-size swimming pool very nearby.

Tried to get back to AVI last summer for our 4th or 5th visit but it was booked. Made our way back this September for a few glorious days! Deb and Chris go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. You don't need a thing except your bathing suit; towels, chairs, umbrellas, bikes and even bottles of water are all available for the guests. Breakfast is always fun and delicious and they'll make eggs the way you like them if you prefer. Love, love, love this place!
We love this job! It's a lot of work but so worth it. We meet great people who become like part of our family.

This was the 5th time in 4 seasons that my wife and I have vacationed at the AVI, which in itself says a lot. The owners, Chris and Deb go over the top to make every guest feel pampered and relaxed. This attitude flows down to all the staff, truly creating a base for total enjoyment. Each of the rooms we have stayed in have their own unique stature, which accommodates for personal preferences. Breakfasts were varied, from blueberry-stuffed french toast & sausages, to egg & potato fritatta with side of bacon and fruits. The local restaurants are very appealing and within walking distance, if desired. We look forward to coming back again.

July, 2015 My husband and I loved the time we spent here. Chris, Debbie and the staff were so accommodating in every aspect including my need for gluten free foods. We had wonderful breakfasts, midday snacks and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They provide beach tags, pool tags, towels, bikes and they have a wonderful parking system. Gracie their dog was absolutely awesome too. We plan on going back and have already spread the word to others. Thank you! Patty and John

Our second visit down last weekend - It was so good to see Chris & Debbie again- they make you feel like old friends. The inn is immaculate. Breakfast, prepared by Chris is always delicious - eating on the spacious front porch with the ocean view is the best! Rooms comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. The whole atmosphere is relaxing - just a few steps away from the beach and they supply chairs, umbrellas and beach towels (all of which we forgot this trip down). Truthfully, we cannot say enough good things about staying at this Inn. We look forward to our next trip there. Diane & Joe

This was the third time that my wife and I have stayed at Chris and Deb's inn. That alone should be telling. The level of comfort, service, and amenities makes this a "no brainer" for us. Every person involved at the inn could not have been more kind or courteous to us. Chris's breakfasts were both healthy and sumptuous. At the end of our stay, we felt mentally and physically rejuvenated. We also were made to feel like family, by these special people at their wonderful B&B.

Peach French Toast
Start with a Crème Brule' base, top with sliced peaches, then top that with cubed French bread. Soak with an egg/cream mixture and bake. Served with a side of bacon, sausage, or whatever you prefer. Doesn't get much better.
